Shipping guidelines
Where do we ship to?
We ship your order to most addresses within Austria, Germany and Europe. The delivery takes place at the address saved in your customer account. We use only well-known delivery companies (DHL, DPD, Austrian Postal Service and GLS). I can provide you with a tracking link by email. In addition, within Austria and Germany we offer the option of express delivery – for an additional charge (Postal service express AT / DE).
How do we pack your goods?
The packaging of your finalized drumbox takes place in several steps. First, a plastic film is wrapped – then cardboard edge protection is attached. Filling material prevents most movement of the drumbox inside the transportation box. We also use an adhesive tape glued to the box with “Caution fragile”. We try our best to take special care of our environment; wherever it makes sense, I reuse packaging materials and pack space-saving.
How long do the shipping usually take?
Unfortunately, we have no influence on the delivery times of the respective delivery services. But you can be sure that we will do our best to ship the goods immediately after completion. Using the provided shipment tracking number, you may find out where the package is at any time.

Customer service and problems during shipping
What to do when there is a problem with the shipping?
Should anything happen; the package has not arrived after a long time period, the tracking information does not work, or the package was delivered damaged. If there are ANY problems with your delivery, just contact us by email (info [at] yourdrumbox.com) or fill out the contact form below.
